I recomend it!

It's called the Bumbo chair. Taft really likes it, and anything that makes him happy makes me happy. He loves being able to sit up and look around. I just put him in front of me while I'm getting lunch/dinner ready and he smiles or watches TV. It's great. Look how cute he is in it!

Roarrrr! Dinasour Museum

We had fun at the Thanksgiving Point Dinasour Museum with Aunt Lori. My throat was hurting by the end of it from doing too much "roaring". Mac always has fun at this place, if anyone ever wants to go let me know (I can get you in half off thanks to Andrea!)

Back to school, back to school....

Today was my first day back to work since April. I actually accomplished getting the kids fed, dressed, and out the door by 7:45. Next week I need to be out the door by 7:20. I was so sad to leave little Taft! Yes he survived just fine, but I sure did miss him. I missed Mac too, but I know he is just having fun playing. Jaime is great with the kids, so I am lucky. Today was a full day of meetings, so it was long. Lori is coming in tomorrow afternoon. Perfect timing because I have back to school night. She will be here for over a week, YEAH!

It's the best having a brother

I get to be a kid again

I feel like I am living my life over again. I get to draw on the sidewalk. Lastnight Mac and I rolled down the grassy hill like ten times. When was the last time you did that? Do you remember the last time you yelled out "helicopter!" or "airplane!" when you saw one in the sky? Do you even notice them when they go by? Everything is so new and exciting. Mac notices every tiny detail and reminds me how fun it is to live life. I love him so much.

Mac tells me what he wants me to draw.
It's usually all his favorites: football, basketball,
soccer, tractor, lawnmower, helicopter, mama, baby.

Mac and Taft's ride

This jogger has saved my life this summer. We go for a run in the mornings. I'll usually run to a park a little over a mile away, let Mac play for a while, and then run back. It's a great break for me too, get to listen to my ipod while the kids just enjoy the ride. I can still hear Mac yelling "tractor" "basketball" "helicopter" or whatever else he happens to see. Then we go out again in the evening when it is cooling down. Fun to just walk around the neighborhood and see who is out and about.

Too many to list. I'll just mention the really fun ones.
Life Guard, Flagger for construction (oh yeah!), Play it Again Sports, Dillards, Olive Garden, and Special Education Teacher.

Places to go for a weekend getaway:
At this point, anywhere. We used to go camping a lot. Vegas is always fun and not far away. I went to Boise a few weeks ago and actually really liked that town. But, with two little babies I won't be going anywhere for a while.

Places I've lived:
Again, too many to list. We'll just do it by states.. Idaho, Utah, Arizona, Wyoming, Nebraska, and Colorado.

Places I've been on Vacation:
Florida, Arizona, Vegas, San Diego, Hunington Beach, Oahu, Maui, Puerto Rico (not quite the vacation I was hoping for), Bear Lake, Disney Land, Disney World, and Pine Bluffs Wyoming!!!

Favorite foods:
There are so many. Anything from the Olive Garden and Cafe Rio, my mom's apple pie, most mexican dishes, strawberries and peaches, cold cereal, and pizza.

If in a "jam" with your spouse, what tactics do you use to get out of the doghouse?
Guess I don't have to worry about that one anymore.

Websites I visit (ALMOST daily)
Email, bank account, blog, and playhouse disney!

That was kinda fun. Now I'll tag Elise and Sara!!!
